The perpetrators of the attack are yet to be apprehended, although the work seems to have been carried out by a Mr or Ms Epic Lulz, whose account has now been deleted. It is not known at present whether they are a member of the security services or some activist group, or if they are merely someone with a generalised grudge against the Regency period.
